The Library is throwing a February bash that scorns the tacky heart-shaped cards and dozen long-stem roses that define Valentine’s Day during a mildly romantic, slightly educational happy hour event at CLP – Main in Oakland. This 21 or older event is for the romantic, lovesick, happily single, happily coupled, haters and everyone in between.
